When commissioning me it is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all the relevant information about your commission

Payment is made before starting to work in the commission

Payment method is PayPal invoice

Claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited

The final product is only for personal use, non-commercial use, i.e upload it to websites, profile picture, decoration, etc...

I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes. Unless you specify that you don't want your commision to be published in the Order Form

I will send sketches with a watermark to confirm if you are satisfied with the sketch or want any change

If you exceed the limit of 3 changes, you will be charged an extra 10% for each modification

When the commision is completed it may not be possible to make any chance, if a change is requested it will represent a 20% price increase

Waiting time usually takes from a week to amost a month to finish the commision, i will always try to finish it as soon as possible

The finished illustration without watermark will be delivered via e-mail

if you want to cancel your commission it must be done before you made the payment

I do not make refunds, I will give a full refund only if I cannot finish the commission

I have the rights to reject the commission
